How long does shipping take?

Submit your return to our Return Centre with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right immediately.

How do I return an item?

Submit your return to our Return Centre within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll walk you through the return process step by step. Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent directly to your email.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little extra time to reflect the amount.
