Refund policy

We accept returns on damaged or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to the Return Centre with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once our customer support team reviews and approves your request, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email address. Simply pack your item securely, drop it off at your nearest carrier location, and send us your tracking number once shipped. There are no restocking fees — what you see is what you get, no hidden charges.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
