Shipping policy

We work as fast as we can to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 on all orders. If your order is over $150.1 before tax, get FREE SHIPPING. After 1-2 days of processing time, you will get your items within 5-10 business days.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery across the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped the business day following order placement. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, as our shipping warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on US public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you are local, we offer in-store pickup at our location at no additional charge. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Kaelyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to USPS. If your package is missing or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please submit a claim directly with USPS at usps.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaelyn.shop with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
